    Great class for beginners to get into Tai Chi, Minzho Is a great teacher with a great passion for the art of Chen Style Tai Chi. Its an excellent way to train the body, the mind and the spirit. A great way of training balance, coordination, strength, and a great way to sharpen the mind. And the best part its only $8 a drop-in.

    It is a good less...

    It is a good lesson for learning balance, how to think and feel body. There is so much fun, and you will feel your body different after you lean tai chi for a while.
