The work was done with professionalism and care. Our interactions with the staff were positive; they are friendly and easy to get a hold of. The workers completely cleaned up the job site at the end of the day. We have had to have many repairs done with DryBasement and have been pleased with their work each time. Excellent service!

After a repair that failed a month later dry basements did not stand behind their work and they used the very crafty wording of their warranty to say they were not liable. They had the nerve to say I needed to pay them more money so they could try again. Do not use this company find, someone else.

Dear reader: Please call me for more information about this. Our contracts clearly indicate that we are quoting on what is visible. A 2nd crack behind wood next to a chimney is not visible. When someone points you to a crack with water below it, you quote that. In BOLD red the quote says 'Functioning weepers req'd for warranty'. A blockage elsewhere will cost extra to repair. We didn't ask for anything more or any duplicated costs beyond what was stated in the contract. - J.Brown, President

I am very pleased with the work the crew did - I can barely tell they were here! My husband said the crew was incredibly courteous and professional. Jeff has been amazing and has always responded to my emails very promptly. Would definitely recommend this company to others.
