A store with policies. Not service-oriented. Have store Policies and expect customers to bend to them. Inflexible, and non-sensical. Cannot get an appointment without going through a maze of their policy, show up in person for the colorist to see and consult, before the actual appointment is given, wash hair the night before and no products to facilitate the life of the stylist. Not customer-oriented, not service-oriented. Will not be going

Just got my lashes done with Melodie the other day, they look EXCEPTIONAL! This is the best spa Ive ever been to hands down. From the service to staff to products they go the extra mile each time, without fail. I get excited with each appointment.

Vanessa is amazing. The staff are very friendly, love the head massages, and couldn't ask for a better place- great experience!

Ok if you don't mind leaving with your hair still wet

Excellent colorists & good hair dressers. People at the reception desk are VERY rude. They have repeatedly cancelled my appointments. They don't really offer solutions. Very annoying when you can have your color, but not your hair cut and they tell you you cannot get a blow dry. Am I supposed to get out of there with a hefty bill and my hair still wet?
