Worst customer service except from the technicien who came to my place. When you are calling the main office, it seems like you are always bordering them and ask you to call another number where you have a terrible arrivé too. It costs me 500$ for a bedbugs problem and it's not even working. They are asking me to pay for more treatment. Do not work with this company

Probably worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. They came by to exterminate for ants.The service is for 3 treatments, after the second treatment I see do difference using them or not and I called to complain, I'm more frustrated after the call. I still have ants and at a cost of $300 Its for sure I won't use them next year. I'll spray myself.

Pire service à la clientèle - par deux fois! Non seulement, n'ont ils pas honoré leur promotion lorsque je me suis présentée en magasin, mais ils m'ont dit qu'il n'existait pas une telle promotion. Ensuite, impossible de m'accommoder en m'envoyant ma facture. Le monsieur est très arrogant et manque de respect.
