After the initial down payment it took a month to install the windows. The instalation is was the issue. When they were installing my big front window the scraped the middle pvc of the window. They also finished of the interior poorly. The cuts were made good but way they finshed covering up the nail holes. It looks just like a thumb smudge of silicone on the casing, it was not smooth at all. The next issue was it took them three months to get back to me about a date to fix these issues. Finally, Mike the person who does the install estimates, came back to look at the issues. He didnt bother moving the couch and bringing in a stool or step later he just stood on my couch. I would not recommend them.
