Factory Optical - Saskatoon - Stonebridge Centre

I broke my glasses while in Saskatoon for business. I stopped in here as they were open early. They fixed the broken glasses, as well as adjusting the frames and cleaning the lens. Extremely prompt and friendly service.

This is my go-to factory optical location. The last time I went here they went above & beyond my expectations. The new management (a woman) & staff are amazing. They are very helpful & informative.

I love this place!!! We had amazing service both times we have gone there from Falynn!! She is amazing with my very busy 4 year old who needed glasses! Not only did she help us get the best deal but she was able to get him to sit long enough to get all the correct measurements! For all your needs glasses or contacts see Falynn as she is the best!!

Signage misleading. Staff incredibly rude. I have been coming here with my family for years... without issue until today. Lost my business forever.

I took my mangled glasses (they had been stepped on) into the store yesterday, to be repaired. The staff member took about 15 minutes to fix my glasses, and it was free of charge! Very thankful.
