I've been bringing my elderly mother to see the RMT at total care for a while now and both my mother and I are pleased with their service. The RMT is very knowledgeable about his field and is very understanding and respectful of my grandmother's cultural diversity and accommodates her accordingly. He also explains the maintenance exercises and causes of pain very well. I highly recommend total care, especially if you are looking for someone who understands the south Asian culture and language. just got back from taking my mom to see Dr. Lih for the first time. Her receptionist is absolutely wonderful. Very personable, very friendly and professional. Dr. Lih was also awesome. She was caring and kind to my mom. Didn't pressure her into coming back any time soon. Only if she needed to. She was honest and said that there isnt a lot that can be done for my moms nail issue. I had a chronic persistent cough that wouldn't go away, no matter what I tried with 'modern' medicine. One acupuncture treatment with Dr Hu and 3 days of Chinese herbal tea fixed me up immediately. As if that wasn't amazing enough, I had a prolapsed disc that had just healed but still had chronic back pain.
