My out of town relatives and friends sometimes stay at the Best Western Plus Kelowna Hotel and have been really impressed by the level of quality that the hotel offers. What you can't see from the road is the huge grass area inside the "quad"... kind of like what university campuses have. That's really nice for kids. Kind of like having a park onsite. The rooms are larger than expected and recently reno'd. They were higher end than I expected too. It's nice to have a new ORA restaurant as part of the hotel now as well. Their local wine list is one of the biggest I've seen in Kelowna. Overall it's a great hotel located centrally and just down the road from the airport.

Shelley Matheis has been a wonderful help to me in keeping up with my new hearing aids and all the wonderful gizmos that provide different ways of using them. Because I am over 80 with arthritis, once in awhile I need help in understanding how to use the attachments, as well as cleaning and caring for them. Every time I need help, I am taught another way to get the best out of hearing aids and accessories. Sometimes I just need help understanding how they connect to the TV for the stereo sound

2 stk sands, the stk was cooked to perfection, it was tender, juicy. Stacked with fries, onion rings & a Caesar, it was one of the best I've ever tasted.
It was a Wed so the special was 2 diff kinds of prawns; they were delicious. Breaded perfectly, melted in your mouth. Calamari & tzatziki great & the calamari was soft with fantastic flavour.
The staff was friendly, the beer was cold and the pub was very nice. I've eaten at 5 star restaurants that can't compare to Mickie's Pub.

Very professional/experienced staff, appointments are on time and facility appears to be well cleaned. I have had several appointments at this clinic and have been very happy with the entire process and results I have received. I've checked around and prices appear to be comparable to other similar high quality service clinics in the area. Certainly would recommend treatments here.
