I used this company on two occasions to service two separate Eurostar irons purchased by family members. Both were extremely happy with the product - they just needed a tune up after years in use. Both “fixes” were done promptly and effectively at minimal cost. The downside was the location out in Springbank but it was very easy to access. Found customer service to be very good.

Jay (Jared?) in the photo lab was very knowledgeable and a big help. He walked me through all my issues with using the photo kiosk and application. He even kept going out of his way to check up on me as I spent An hour or so at the kiosk A++

Went in to get a silver ring Rhodium plated. Service was excellent and quality of work was superb. My silver ring is now white gold...very happy with results. Much cheaper than I thought for this type of work. Got my scratched up stainless steel watch polished and now looks brand new...and price on work was also very reasonable. Didn't feel gauged for great work

NAIAD Irrigation Systems is the best company in Calgary. Our aging underground irrigation system had problems with the lines, valves and sprinkler heads. They were very helpful and got an appointment booked right away. The technician was knowledgeable, efficient and fixed everything that morning. The system works great and we can control it over wi-fi using Hydrawise. We’re booked for winterization and will be using them for snow removal. We had the best customer service experience from Naiad.

I went in to shop for some shoes for my husband who can not go out and shop right now due to covid. Right from the door and talking with the woman i felt taken care of. She paged an individual to come find me and take care of me. They were very knowledgeable and helpful and eased my mind with having to purchase something and possibly have to return it during covid. RW & Co is my preferred location to shop for work outfits and semi-formal sizes. I like that there are so many locations that if you can’t find your size at that particular store, you can always go elsewhere. There are also lots of random sales, such as 30% off (Customer Appreciation) of $20.00 off your purchase if you spend over $75.00. The Cross Iron location is actually my favorite because all the sale items go there now. So if you are at Chinook, Sunridge or Southcentre and wonder why there are no sale items, they have probably been shipped to Crossiron.
