I love going to this clinic.I would recommend people to go here. I had cervical spondylosis, back and hip issues. Doctors would usually just prescribe pain relievers. Only chiropractic procedures with doctor Carol makes me feel better and relieved. Dr. Carol explains everything well and Neth is very accommodating and helpful. I have referred a couple of relatives and friends as well. This has been a part of my life and better wellness.

I found out about this place through a facebook post. Wish I knew about this place earlier because I ALWAYS get sick when I travel. My family doctor was never helpful and probably didn't know about this place either. Better late than never I guess. The staff was friendly and everything was done quick.

I have had a severe headache for last 5 years and had to rely on painkiller even just to sleep. I have been to my doctor, neurologist, and even emergency room due to super bad headache. They took xray, mri whatever.. and told me nothings wrong. Dr Isaac seemed to know what my condition was right after he heard me my stories about the condition and he saved my life for this condition. I wish known him earlier so didn't have to run around all the hassles.

I am always treated the upmost respect at this clinic right from the doctors to the receptionist. I usually make an appt but even though I walk in the wait time is very short. on the down side, they do not like giving any pain meds out or benzo's. even if you have pain your better off going to hospital if your looking for any of those meds. Ever since there been a war on opioids they have cut back but its not the doctors fault. these are results passed down from the top. She is a doctor

Dr. Bob has helped me with injuries to my lower back and shoulder in the middle of two different tennis tournaments. He takes his time to diagnose the problem and offers targeted treatments that really help the healing process. Dr. Bob also gave me great advice on rest and icing with the remaining matches of each tournament in mind. Very goal oriented. I would recommend Dr. Bob to anyone who wants to get back to his or her sport safely and asap after injury.

Doctors and receptionists are great! Its a very busy clinic but the doctors reassured us and made us a priority! We will be back one day for sure! Great Experience! They could have turned us away, but they did not :) they care!

He takes the time to understand the patients problems and explain what is involved in addressing the problem in details, including what medications are appropriate. He is also very good at settling an exam schedule and following up with patients regarding results from the various exams.

I started going to this place a couple of months ago following a work injury. The office is very clean and uptodate with all kind of equipment you might need. Very friendly and professional staff, and wonderful physiotherapists. I have been seeing Brandon, who has helped a lot during each session by using the right treatments as well as equipment during the sessions, and sending me descriptive photos and videos of my daily routines in an email following each session.
I definitely recommend them.

I received fantastic therapy and advice which returned me to a normality that I thought was lost. Dr. McNeill has been my family physician for several years. He has provided excellent healthcare services and has shown true compassion and concern for my well-being. The Heights Laser Centre is in North Burnaby and had bonus Free Parking. I live in New West and it only took about 15 minutes. I felt comfortable as soon as I came into the facility and the staff was very friendly. I had a consultation with Dr. Jaffer and decided to get an eMatrix treatment to help with my aging skin. My dark spots lessened, my skin was firmer and I looked great. I also had Botox for my crow's feet and my forehead wrinkles. My husband did not think I needed treatment, but after he saw the results, he thought I looked terrific. I will continue to go the Heights Laser Centre for all my facial concerns. They are professional, knowlegeable and very kind. I am so glad I went.
