I have been a patient for 10 years. The receptionist is friendly, efficient and runs the place like clockwork. Dr. Gregory is always on time and a great guy that I have recommended to friends and family. Usually easy parking on 8th or 7th within a 5 min walk.

Lots of bad comments here, but personally I have never had a better office team experience. I am almost 70 and have been around the block with serious medical problems all my life. 3 different countries, multiple drs. For you who have problems with this office..grow up!

Dr. Smith is a very kind understanding surgeon. He did a total hip replacement on me and let me go home on the same day because I hate hospitals. The surgery went very well and I have no pain and could walk without a cane within 2 weeks. He explained everything clearly and his followup session was very professional.

The teams at ReBalance MD have all been extremely helpful, supportive, and professional throughout 2013-2018, and 4 surgeries on my right knee. Have always liked this clinic but find it very annoying when it says the hours to call in on Sat. are 8 to 1 yet nobody answers the phone. And the message says they answer the phone on Fridays from 8 to 3. I work night shift...do i sats up all morning to find out they will never answer on Sat.? This is frustrating.

The best clinic in Victoria. Yes it can get very busy because that is how it is and everyone goes here because it is the best. They give you a time to come back so you can leave and return 10 minutes before your time. Doctor Bryan is great and i am always satisfied with him. I always visit him unless if it is women's issue. But since a lady doctor in a different clinic didn't do an actual check-up and gave me a wrong cream that has side effects, i now ONLY visit doctor Bryan for ALL my health issues because he takes his time to make sure what actually the problem is :) 5 stars for him

Overall my family is satisfied with the doctor and the staff. We are fortunate to have a family doctor. The virtual wait times are not an inconvenience for us as we multi task while waiting. The times we had in person visits, the wait time was minimal. If specialist referrals are required, we have been able to get medical attention.

My GP Dr. Marshall spent the time to review my concerns and had me undergo many lab tests in order to rule out possible issues. One of the last revealed a problem that necessitated an MRI which confirmed my ailment.
From the first appointment to surgery took less than three months.
The receptionist have always been professional and have treated me with respect. One saw me walking past the office to let me know of they had rushed a special appointment for me. She also had reassuring words for me.

An angel in a white coat; Dr. Roome has literally saved my life, and has been my advocate for desperately needed medical attention as a result of many others who did not follow up with me, take time to understand my conditions, or refer me to the appropriate channels of help. This person is incredible; it will be a terrible loss for Victoria if/when the day comes that he retires.
