Exceptional Customer Service.
We have 20 plus blinds which we purchased from this store over 20 years ago. I recently had a minor problem with one blind. I took this blind to the store looking for advice. The store took my blind and sent it out for repair, which was done at no charge and back to me in 4 days. This is outstanding Customer service !!!

When we built our new home in Erin six years ago; all my windows were done once again by Cathy and Micheal. All went well at our place in Vaughan from the Measurements, explaining the details, choices and we even took the blinds installation since the price was fair. I found the wallpaper that I've been looking for at the very reasonable price and didn't need to wait to pick it up. I got it, went home and my room got a new cozy look in 3 hours. A couple of rolls left were returned with no questions asked.

Took me a long time to find someone to help me with the plumbing products, specifically the inside parts for the toilet that keeps coming out and they gave me the wrong size but the good is that it was easy to exchange and when they saw me a bit upset, the chief plumber came and matched the parts I needed with a big smile even though I acted out...I felt like I need to say a good word about them :)
