John was very friendly and offered an affordable fix for my broken keyboard. He didn't even charge me for the service call. When I discovered I could get my keyboard replaced under warranty, John refunded me the money for the keyboard and mouse I bought from him. I would recommend him to seniors who need affordable computer help.
