Every time I come here, I feel my elderly dog is valued and respected with her boundaries and overall health. I honestly could not recommend dr shamsher more to anyone with a new pet, old pet, or any age/size in between. Willchris is not just a kennel, it's a home away from home for your dog. In our case, two pups. We had a family emergency and needed to find a place for two pups. Luckily Gerry had space for them and we dropped them off that afternoon. He was very accommodating with our daily phone calls checking on the dogs. He even taught them commands and trained them. I have tried groomers in my area and I have found Cedar Hills Grooming to be the best. The girls are very friendly, and caring towards the animals and provide great customer service. You can tell when they come out to greet you that they love their job and the animals. I have taken my dog there many times, they always groom my dog to what is best for him and what is easier for him to cope with as sometimes he is a little matted. (my fault). Wow this store deserves a high rating not a low one. After the pet store within Metrotown closed due to the strikes, this store is a bit busier than normal but still nice. The staff are wonderfully helpful and friendly and it’s worth to come in just to see the adorable animals (especially kittens) up for adoption. Proceeds from adoption go to charity too. But if you’re wanting to adopt please consider the adults cats, not just kittens who are often adopted very quickly. Lire plus
