This is the best service I have ever received and I am in my sixties. Having visited your store twice in the last week I was amazed by the caliber of service we received. Stellar. Checked 3 other stores for an ipod rechargable player that was on sale before Christmas and no one had one . One store checked the warehouse and said there was none available but Heather that works at that store was the only one to call and see when it would be in .She told me and i was able to get before Christmas.Bigger is not always better.

We had a bad experance from start to finish. We bought a new fridge and had trouble the day after delivery called Bad Boy they never once called back. After 5 service calls the fridge is working.We talked to there complaints Guy from toronto who was going to try and get us an extended warrinty for all our trouble he never called back. We will never shop there again.
