Everyone had a right to there opinion but I have to respond to mcc40384 review of Patty. I have been going to Trade Secreats for 2 years now. Patty is my colorist and stylist and I thank God I met her. She has tons of energy is so friendly and is truly amazing at her job. I have NEVER received complements on my hair like I do now. This is due 100% to Patty.

I receive compliments galore on my new shag style haircut. I had grown tired of my long hair wrapping around my neck at night so took the scissors and began cutting... what a mistake! I had an appointment for a hair cut on the 6 of Oct 2017. at 7:00 pm. When I reached there from Aberdeen at 7:00 the girl at the reception enquired with the hairstylist for the time and she refused as she said she can’t cut my hair due to shortage of time. So had to drive back. She could havecalled and let me know abt the delay ther I could have saved my gas nd time. The girl at was rude as she was convincing me I was wrong and she was right. Unbelievable to know the customer is wrong.

Went in for color and highlights, store was very busy but they fit me in. The staff there was amazing and despite being so incredibly busy, my stylist still gave me fantastic customer service. It feels like a family whenever I go in to have my hair done. There was a few impatient clients in there while I was there and the girls still smiled and were friendly to each and every client.

I have been going for many many years it has moved its location at Eastgate to another salon very nice girls from haircrafters new ones from that location was there last night one of the associates from that location was just nasty to the girls from haircrafters i would think that if you have worked with the girls for a month you would know their names she was not very professional at all i think her name was Shea only because one of her clients ased for her.
