As a mom with three little kids, I felt that becoming physically fit was impossible. I was struggling with anxiety one year postpartum and decided to give exercise a try. I was invited to a free Hot Mama class and that day changed my life. Within this incredible community, I have exercised consistently for almost a year and am feeling human again. Ashley encourages, builds up, teaches, challenges, and tells you to "find your reason". AND your kids get out and moving too! It's awesome!

Having never been to a physio therapist before I was nervous and a bit sceptical. But within minutes of being in the office and talking with the friendly, knowledgeable receptionist Michelle, i was comfortable and relieved of my worry. Recently had a check up and cleaning done at Parkstone Dental staff is extremely friendly and professional, I felt well taken care of my entire visit. Dr.Jefferies ended up filling a cavity for me, best experience ever! I barely felt a thing, and the following day I had zero sensitivity or pain. Overall amazing office will definitely be back.

Went in to get my door repaired after someone backed into it. Service was very friendly, and they helped answer all sorts of questions not only about the repair itself, but about insurance. The repairs were completed pretty quickly. The finished result was great, and they cleaned the car to almost new condition (I forgotten what my dash looked like without the dust). Great service, highly recommended!

Alternative touch is a great place to go for a massage. I’ve been getting work done by crystal and she’s very good at what she does. She improved my shoulder issue in only 1 session. Where physio could not in 8 sessions. She’s magical. Keep up the good work.
