Joining ILKB is the best decision I’ve made for myself. It’s the most amazing workout I’ve ever had. All of the instructors are super helpful and they’re constantly challenging me to push harder. They continue to motivate me to want to go to class and work hard. I started seeing changes sooner than I thought, not only physically, but mentally as well. Choosing Brookswood Denture Clinic was the best choice I could have made. The staff are very professional and thorough. I always felt like they were one step ahead when preparing appointments, discussing cost with my insurance coverage, and thankful that they take the time to check in to make sure everything is fine.
Colin always made sure that the dentures fit properly, no pain, and took the time to explain each procedure and what to expect. His sense of humour is a bonus.

Simply put these guys are exceptional and reconnected my electrical service entrance when Hydro left us in the dark and cold at the end of Feb 2017 (tree cutting crew saw that that the utility wire was lying on the roof and immediately pulled our meter). They had us reconnected in what had to be record time and a full day under the time they predicted and within the budget they originally provided.
Could not be happier with their exceptional service and quality of workmanship.

I've been having my oil changed at Auto Express for years, and also getting repairs as things come up. They are fast, efficient, friendly, and offer the best deal in town! Yesterday they changed my oil, topped up all the fluids (the washer fluid was completely gone), and even fixed a leak in the stem of my right rear tire without any extra charge... just over $30, and all done in 15 minutes.
