We ordered a roll-up awning. A couple of years later, we had to have roof re-done. BM Awnings sent an installer out to help us take it down and then again to put it back up again. They were extremely helpful when we had to have a side curtain made, and also when I needed to remove the valance to clean it. This company offers above and beyond customer service! It was a difficult job, and took twice as long to install as originally anticipated. He and his partners worked diligently in the cold to get the job done. He stayed with the quoted price.
