We’ve bought a number of accessorie for our road bikes along with clothing and a trainer here. Every time we go in the staff are helpful and give us good advice. Alicia and Kevin, in particular have been very helpful. They remember us by name along with what we have previously purchased and have helped us build our kit out.

I have been going to New West Cycle for almost 2 years now (since it opened) and I absolutely love them! They are friendly, honest, not out to take advantage of your knowledge or lack there-of. The staff are always willing to teach and to learn. They have a great working knowledge of both vintage, old, and new technologies and are able to work on bikes from all eras (and sell bikes from all eras as well). They listen to what you want, give you options to fulfill your needs, then listen to what YOU want, not what is most profitable for them. There is no other bike shop in the lower mainland that has the variety, friendliness and honesty that they have, and I have looked. They are my favourite bike shop, no question.
