Shoppers Drug Mart Susan Bertolin - Chinook Centre

I wanted to purchase some heavier items. However the carts are labelled as not being allowed in the parking lot. I asked a staff member if I could take one out to my car if I had heavier items. I was curtly told no. No apology. No other suggestions. I told her I would shop elsewhere. She appeared not to care.

I went to the store this past Thursday to inquire about travel vaccines as well as a flu shot and was advised that I should come back on Saturday or Sunday when there was a phamasict working that could administer these injections. I returned today to receive the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life from a medical professional. Im not sure of the parmacists name but she had short blonde hair and was just the rudest individual I’ve ever dealt with. Stay away!

Racist Sales Associate

I was in Chinook shoppers today. My (white) friend was buying something and I made a joke about her shoplifting to the cashier. We all had a good chuckle and then the sales woman proceeded to tell us that she knew that she wouldn't steal because all of the shoplifters come from Tsuu T'ina and it's always "them" who are getting caught shoplifting and getting arrested, so of course us fine looking white folks couldn't possible be shoplifters. I will not shop here again.
