Too long a wait. The girl who’s doing hair straightening in this lady is way too slow. They don’t care if 2 people are already sitting and waiting since 15-20 minutes. Every time a phone rings the lady has to leave customer and attend phone. So they take too long. It’s just walk in. They don’t encourage booking appointments. Very disappointed. They should keep an aextra person in front.

Never go here it is a terrible salon NEVER GO HERE IT IS TERRIBLE Salon. I took my son and the woman (don’t know her name) was so nonprofessional and behavior so embracing in front of kids, I can’t believe how does she work there. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT IF YU HAVE CHILDREN WITH YOU OR NOT. There are lots of hairdresser needs job, I think they pay very little to hire these kinds of workers. I talked to their manager and she offered discount and apologise but who cares about their discount.

NEVER GO HERE IT IS TERRIBLE😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I went to this salon in market mall and the haircut girl named oishe I asked for layers and my bang trim and she has no experience for hair cutting and is terrible she does not know how to cut hair. She is awful at haircuting never go there I will go to a better. Salon then this one .😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. I stopped in for a simple bang trim, I walked in with long side bangs and asked the stylist to take a little off and remove some of the bulk. I walked out with blunt cut bangs that are half way up my fore head. The stylist also left my hair wet. I had to leave the mall and when I arrived home I called in to talk about my experience, I was told in order to get my money back I would have to come back in and they would judge and decide if the hair cut was "actually bad"
