    The medical office assistants don't do their jobs. Three times they have said they will send basic paperwork to Lifelabs for basic blood tests and they never send the paperwork. I've been trying to get help for my 85 year old mother who is diabetic but they would rather not do their jobs then end up with her as a regular patient if they see her 6 times. So I can book Telehealth appointments but they never send the paperwork to the lab and put her health in jeopardy. I don't know what to do.
