Ok Tire Sydney River

Do not bring your car to sydney river ok tire! Left my car for 3 hours didnt even call me i had to call them to question if my car was done and claimed he had wrong number when its clearly on my reciete... then i was told i need some work to do alignment which was fine. But he did my tires.. i payed the price for tires.. i leave and my tires in the back seat not even done when clearly the paper states what needed to be done... how pathetic! and all i was offered was a refund for the 45 dollars

Great service! The guys at the Sydney River OK Tire were awesome to deal with, they were friendly and polite and took the time to educate me when I asked what I thought was a silly question.. Thank you guys again and you have my business and will recommend to family and friends! :)

Understaffed. Only two people there to do the auto work AND man the desk. Dealing with 5 customers at a time. I came in for an appointment at 1:00 for a tire change and allignment. I waited 2 and a half hours when they already quoted a long wait of an hour and a half. Staff was friendly though. I blame the manager. Cost was $130
