Certain members of the staff, white male are condescending . No understanding of confidentiality and talks loudly about any issue. Has refused to follow Doctors prescriptions be cause he believes he knows better than the physician. Has been rude to other customers (witnessed it). Treated my son terribly who had pancreatitis due to coming in for narcotics (a normal treatment extreme pain in this disease) The general staff a good and I feel for them working in this hostile enviroment.
