Staff donot bother if the customer is waiting on the cashier point from 10 minutes. They keep saying to each other that see the customer and all that but no body bothers. And when they take order they take another 10 minutes to take. Every single time, i have to ask them for a sleeve for a hot coffee. I am not saying this from one or two experiences with. It is nearby my home and i am a everyday customer. I have no choice for visiting this location only because other locations are too far.
