    Serious Service Department Issues

    The service department is unreliable and disorganized. Just in the last year: 1. Ordered a part (large and expensive) but never called when it arrived or knew who they ordered it for. 2. Charged double for "The Works", and just marked everything OK. We drove to Florida with brakes making terrible noise and failing rotors. 3. Refused to accept "Owner Advantage" credit for repairs.

    Buying an F150 fr...

    Buying an F150 from Hanna Ford was so easy, I had a list of features I was looking for on my truck and they provided exactly what I was looking for. Even compared to other local Ford dealerships they had a larger selection. I will definitely use them again

    Always friendly, no hassle service with great pricing. Sales and service staff are always a pleasure to deal with. We have owned / operated 5 vehicles from Hanna Motors and are proud to continue the relationship started by my wife's grandfather with this dealership such a long time ago.

    Jessie is amazing...

    Jessie is amazing to deal with. We felt taken care of from the minute we called to inquire about a new truck. Jessie is knowledgeable, patient and extremely gentle is her sales approach. the whole dealership is lovely to deal with. We will definitely be back when its my turn for a new truck!

    Hanna Ford was awesome to deal with when buying my first new truck. Rene the salesman had all the paperwork ready when I arrived for pickup with no surprises which the process quick and painless. I would recommend Hanna Ford and Rene to anyone:)
