We purchased two recliner chairs along with “warranty,” The foam seating has since lost the it’s density. We reported the situation to Leon’s and was referred to an insurance company. The insurance company has after many months advised that foam seating loss of density is not covered. “So Much for buying warranty” Two frustrated 85 yr olds.

Excellent customer service by Barb in store. Delivery guys - Peter and Mike T. (Truck DC001) were professional polite and very good at their job. No complaints. Second large purchase from Leons and would definitely check them out again on next purchase.

Very poor customer service.

Doors were also on the wrong side of the fridge.

Delivered a fridge Monday morning. Fridge didn't work from the start. Took until Friday to deliver a replacement and they said they would upgrade my fridge for free for the inconveniece. They showed up 5 days later with the exact same fridge but this one is even SMALLER!!! They said there was a "clerical error". They had a chance to fix their problem and made it even worse. Doors on the replacement fridge were on the wrong side too. Awful service and products. Stay away.

Very poor service. I walked in to find 10 salespeople just milling about. I was looking at sofas and when I asked for some assistance I was told he was not my salesperson and someone else can help me. I tried to find someone else but they all kept moving away from me when I tried to approach them. Not fun.
