Dr. Michael Woo Woo & Park Dental

Didn’t like Dr. Woo when I first met him but as I went back I have to say he has grown on me. Very good at what he does and cares about how you are doing during treatment. Downfall I think with this office is there is no option for Nitris Oxide during treatment.

We were very disappointed with the quality of dental work we received. Out of 9 fillings, 7 had to be refilled by another dentist within 6 months. We were also charged for more units of cleaning then were used. They would charge for 3 units when they only did 2. Their explanation was that units are 10 minutes - dental association states a unit is 15 minutes. So if you don't have a health plan - keep an eye on the time when getting your teeth cleaned here. Due to the issue of work done.

I really like Dr Lam, dislike Dr Woo, Dr lam who is the younger dentist is polite and non judgmental, is friendly...will get down to what needs to be done. He doesn't judge you on things like if you have poor dental hygiene, your have lots of fillings or bad teeth. He is always smiling and glad to see you. He doesn't leture you about what you are doing wrong! I cannot say this about the other people) I dislike the denture hygienist there who was very un-polite and preachy and judgmental. I don't

Great Serivice & Friendly

I saw the secound Dentist (Not Dr Woo) (he was a younger Dentist) He was very friendly got right down to busines unlike any other dentist i've ever had, he explained what he was doing before doing it and even asked me what color filling i'd like (which i've never been asked) I got in right away when I needed to get a filling! There great with new Clients! The rooms (Examing rooms) and Waiting rooms are Clean! Everyone is very friendly! I'm 28 and a Massive chicken at the dentist due to bad experince (with other dentist at other clinics which is why i haven't been to one in so long) But I Will be going back because I find that these dentist are Decent and even cater to Adult Chickens!! Also this Dentist is Centerally Located they have pretty good (Daytime) hours, the only draw back is no evening hours or weekends (for all of you that work 9-5 etc)
