Europa Motors Auto Service For Your Bimmer

The owner including staff have no integrity. They use WATER in place of real wiper fluid and froze my fluid line. They called it "summer wiper fluid". The owner was defensive and trivialized the situation. An independent mechanic confirmed they used WATER. Nathan, while on the surface seems pleasant truly doesn't take customer service and quality assurance seriously. A smile isn't enough. Do your job, Bimmex. I would never return or recommend this establishment to anyone.

Great experience, they fixed an electronic issue where my car just wouldn't start. And they called me a week later to ensure if everything is fine! BMW dealership never did that follow up. Highly recommend to all BMW owners, especially if your car is no longer covered under warranty. Much better deal and cost savings with all OEM parts. Plus you don't have to put up with the snobbish attitude of certain service advisors at the BMW dealership

Excellent Quality Service

On Friday, May 17 -- as I was preparing for a trip up north over the weekend, I was alarmed by the "Flat Tire" red alert on my BMW 5. I called David at Bimmex immediately and in spite of the full-booking at the Woodbine garage, he asked me to bring the car in. David did a visual check on the tires and checked the tire pressure of each tire and inflated a tire that has lost pressure. He then dumped soapy water onto the re-inflated tire to check for bubbles / leak -- we did not see any. He advised that my tires were OK. I then reset the FTM and we did not experience any problem with tires over the long weekend. Please pass on my thanks to David for his priority help. I look forward to many more years of great services from Bimmex!

bad experience

I was tricked by the mechanic into doing a job on my car which normally i did not have to do and i was charged over $400 for the labour..very poor job and rude owner.
