    My husband and I ...

    My husband and I bought a sectional sofa on January 1st this year and we waited 8 weeks to receive a sofa which had a completely different color!! While we bought a dark gray sofa, we received a light blueish gray one instead. We called the store and they asked us to bring a cushion and the fabric sample the factory sent us. While the sales rep acknowledged the noticeable difference in color Management claimed to have contacted the factory and that they said they are not responsible!!!

    We purchased our ...

    We purchased our dining room chairs and sectional from the mississauga location. Richard & Oliver were absolutely the best to deal with! Both orders came in time. Quality was fantastic! Oliver kept in touch with me each week to let me know when the couch was coming in because we had no seating in the house! Unparalleled service! Our first stop for the rest of the furniture in our house will be here!

    Quick Service!

    I bought a sectional from the Vaughan location on January 23rd. I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it in the showroom. I was quoted at 4-6 weeks until it would be ready for delivery. I received the sectional Saturday morning, and unfortunately the legs were the wrong finish. I called the store immediately and spoke to the manager (Nancy). She assured me that it would be resolved by the end of the week. I'm glad to say that the issue has been resolved, and I would happily return!

    If i could give this store a 0 star i would, the manager Nancy there has the worst attitude i've ever seen ! would never step foot in this store again, i spent over $3000.00 and got damaged furniture and to top it off the worst service ever !! STAY AWAY !!

    I ordered furnitu...

    I ordered furniture at Mississauga location in May 2014. Ever since I have been hearing excuses and have yet not received a firm delivery date from the owner Oliver or the sales person Richard. They do not respond to my phone calls or email. They are holding my deposit of $3100 and are rude to talk. I have formally filed a complaint with Consumer protection and am hoping to get it resolved. However I will not recommend doing business with this furniture store.
