Purchased 2 dodge rams here and it’s been the biggest mistake I have done . The trucks are horrible and the customer service is even worse ! 2 brand new Dodge Ram trucks ( 2016 and 2017 truck ) give me more problems then my 2007 Ford f 150. Learn from my mistake or roll the dice and figure it out yourself

No stress dealing with the sales staff. I selected a car i liked and took it for a drive. Made an offer and the offer was accepted. Thats how car buying should be.

Bought a Jeep Wrangler from Team Chrysler and Dealt with George and Ralph. They were very knowledgeable and not pushy. Ralph got me approved for a Car Loan instantly! I will come back again and again.

By far the worst service I have ever seen. Also got my vehicle back with chipped off paint. When I asked their service representative about it he told me that was normal and that it happens frequently. Definitely do not recommend this location

WORST SERVICE EVER - TAKE TO ANY OTHER PLACE

THERE ARE TONS OF STAFF CONSTANTLY STANDING AROUND IGNORING YOU. BE PREPARED TO WAIT EVEN WHEN ITS NOT BUSY AND AFTERWARDS YOU WILL BE HARASSED BY PHONE CALLS FOR SERVICE/PROMOTIONS! THIS WAS THE LAST STRAW FOR ME - LAST OIL CHANGE WE HAD OUR BRAND NEW JEEP SERVICED WAS TOLD DIDN'T NEED OIL CHANGE RECORDS FROM OTHER DEALERSHIP (THEY DONT HAVE A CENTRAL COMPUTER) THEN AFTER LEAVING WAS ASKED TO GO TO THE OTHER CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP TO GET OIL CHANGE RECORDS AND DROP OFF! TOTALLY OUT OF MY WAY SO WHEN I SAID I'LL JUST TAKE IT TO THE OTHER DEALERSHIP FOR WARRANTY WORK AND NOT TO TOUCH MY CAR, TEAM CHRYSLER EMPLOYEE GOT MAD ABOUT THIS, WENT AHEAD AND TOOK APARE THE JEEP,WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO CALL CHRSYLER CANADA OPEN A FILE, TRY TO BLAME US FOR THE ISSUE AND ENSURE THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO COVER THE REPAIR COSTS! EVENTUALLY WE WENT TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP THAT WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP US BECAUSE WE ARE RESPONSIBLE, LOYAL CHRYSLER OWNERS IVE PURCHASED 4 NEW CHRSYLERS IN THE PAST 5 YEARS!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND GO ELSEWHERE, I WOULDN'T EVEN TRUST THEM TO PUT GAS IN MY CAR!

The staff at TEAM CHRYSLER are well trained and very knowledgeable ! I bought a vehicle from this dealership earlier this year, the sales staff were very helpful in helping me decide which vehicle best suited my family. I recently had my vehicle in for service, the service staff are very COURTEOUS & attentive to their customers. I had to leave the vehicle, they shuttled me to work and picked me up after work, what a pleasant experience, I was not inconvienced at all. I will definitely be back ! Next time I need service I will try to wait for my car, so I can try to enjoy the cafe in the waiting room along with their complementary WI FI. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK TEAM CHRYSLER !!
