I have been getting lashes done for over a year now. I
wanted to find a new place that was more concenvient and closer to home. My friend recommended this place to me to I decided to go and give it a try. My first experience was exceptional. I went for the volume mink lashes, and they were so light and soft I don’t even feel them at all! Which is amazing. The lady who did my lashes was so sweet, she offered me a blanket and the music was so relaxing!Definitely recommend this place to everyone!
Walked in without an appointment and they took me right away. I was very pleased with the service. The place is very clean and doesn’t have that strong acrylics smell like some other places. I will definitely be back!!
Amazing!! Been coming here for a while now. My favorite is the dipping powder. It lasted a month and did not chip at all. They also have many choices of colors. The staff is very friendly and have great music. They are very accommodating and always offers me tea or coffee. Very relaxing. Won’t be going anywhere else.
Absolutely horrible customer service. I went to get powder dip nails done right before my vacation. They were super thick (done with a UV lamp and shellac - which I later learned is not how you do them). 3 days in, they chipped. I couldn’t go back to see them, but I had taken a photo which is time stamped but they refused, saying it had been too long. They wouldn’t even remove the polish at no charge. They dont know how to do this process properly and I am disappointed that I wasted my money.

Do NOT go to this place. If I could give 0 stars I would. I just had a pedicure there, and the lady cut my big toenail 2-3 mm below my nail bed. This causes ingrown toenails! When I explained that they told me because it wasn't bleeding, it was fine. None of the staff knew what an ingrown toenail was or what causes them. Ridiculous! They also made me pay, when they shouldn't have charged me at all, and made it seem like they were doing me a huge favour by giving me a 15% discount. DO NOT GO HERE
I came today for a pedicure for myself and my young daughter. We we're sat right away in the chairs after picking our colors for our pedicures. Usually the person lets you soak your feet for a few minutes well not here anyways. The girl I had was in a hurry. The woman my daughter had was taking her time. My girl was not even smiling but cold and hurried like crazy. Spent 15 minutes on me and then got up to tell me that I should stay in the chair to let my toes dry there. Well I was there for ano
I went there on a sunday afternoon, and wanting to get a mani/pedi special. As I was walking in, I got a warm welcome from the worker. I was very happy was the spa massage chair, my body felt relaxed and take all stress away. The girl painted my nails amazingly and also includes a little design as well. I will definitely come back. I do recommend you come after work .
DN NAILS on MERIVALE RD, OTTAWA. My french mani/pedi took 2hrs, almost 2 1/2 hrs & I ended up getting a refund on my mani bc it was so bad. I went for the first time to try it out, and should have done it myself. The lady chopped my nails, they're worse now than they were before i went in. She messed up my french mani (the first & second time) bc it started to get busy, so she rushed so she could help someone else. I had to ask her to come back and fix it - the white didn't even meet my corners, and my nails were higher than the white polish she put on. I could tell she was not happy about coming back. That bothered me. She redid my nails and I was still unsatisfied. As I said, it was sooo bad that I got a refund on my mani, and they gave me a hard time about it too, asking why i didn't want them to redo it. Ya Right. I has such a bad experience there & I will not ever go back. Do not recommend.
