Wrong Product Shipped, Now Out of What I Ordered It took way to long (3 weeks) for our order of a Wolf Blender to arrive and when it finally did it was a multi function cooker. It took me 3 days to get through to a real person for customer support (Brenda is the only reason this isn't a 1 star rating). But now they are out of the product I ordered and they have not provided any additional info as to when I will get my order. Highly recommend not using this company.

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought from cookstore. They list an item as "IN STOCK-READY TO SHIP". It's not true. The next day, it reads "Backordered". AFTER I spent $3600+ I contact customer service. They avoid answering my question if the item is backordered and tell me it's not ready yet. I press a little harder asking for clarification. Then they come clean and tell me it's a drop ship item and they will put me in touch with a drop ship "specialist" VERY SHADY business practices.
