Auto mechanic and founder of Fine Tuning Auto Repair Sheer Eayeb has always loved cars. He got into the business early, gaining experience at a local auto shop during high school before getting his official mechanic’s certification. After a few years of working for other local shops and dealerships, Sheer grew restless and decided to strike out on his own. “I was working at a dealership and I really wanted to just be my own boss,” he recalls. “I figured the best way I could use my skills to their fullest was if I was in charge.”

Together with a couple of friends, Sheer opened his own shop, and he’s been striving to make the most of his broad range of skills ever since. He chose the name Fine Tuning Auto Repair based on his own love of car racing. “Fine tuning is what I do,” Sheer says, “I love racing, I have my own race car, so it seemed like the perfect name since I can work on performance vehicles and anything else.”
