    Samuel is extremely unprofessional. Submitted a simple divorce case file 21months again and never receive any follow up calls from this guy. This was supposed to be done in a year but he managed to keep this case open and leave the client hanging for almost 2years. No matter how many times you try calling him for a follow up, he say he will do it but never does. Don't forget, he will get you to pay him first too. If he can treat a simple case like this, forget about any other cases.

    Your comment is unfair to the lawyer as this is your own side of the story without giving the lawyer a fair chance to respond. Why not contact the lawyer directly to understand the situation, and ask the lawyer for an explanation. It is more effective than just making some unproved comments at the website. Did the lawyer receive the full legal fee of the case or part of it? If just part of the legal fee, there is no reason that the lawyer will not do something to get the balance. May be there are some problems of the divorce case requiring additional work on the case. Please note that irresponsible comments will ruin the lawyer's legal business and will damage the lawyer's reputation. Fair comments with evidence is encouraged, but false accusations without factual basis should be stopped. The best way is to contact the lawyer for an explanation rather than making some uncorroborated comments in the website without giving the other party a fair opportunity to respond.
