Continue to charge me even after I left the country and cannot use the facility. Sent a debt collector after me to retrieve "their money" after refusing to cancel membership. Staff turnover rate is incredibly high and no one stays around long enough to process your requests. Awful. Negative infinity stars.
I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE A SINGLE STAR TO THIS PLACE!I CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP AND THEY ARE STILL CHARGIN ME..NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!YOU CANT EVEN CONTACT ANYONE FROM THEIR HEAD OFFICE..THEY SIMPLY IGNORE YOU!The worst place I have ever seen!
Pro: -great club at the start; small and intimate Cons: -high staff turn around -very expensive (& rates differ from one person to the next) -few class offerings & are crazy costly -hours of operations not great -trying to cancel your membership is like trying to enter Fort Knox; no flexibility when needing to cancel (apparently cancelling via email with explanation as to why you can't come in to cancel in person isn't good enough)
Great help with setting attainable goals. Working out is now fun and I am already feeling a difference!!!

Would not recommend. The place is dirty, small, and no one knows what's going on. Could be because employee turnover is high. Lacking in classes. Disappointed- stay away!
This place is completely unprofessional. One person doesn't know what the other one is doing. They promise a lot to get you sign up, but do not stand by their part of the deal . There is no mats on the floor- so it's hard on your knees if you lift weights. The studio is tiny. It's packed with just 5 people in class. The instructors are extremely young and don't offer any modification in the routine to accommodate various levels of fitness. They don't have a good variety of classes. Not clean
Great staff and the best yoga. Bootcamps are best in the city and I have lost 30 pounds in 2 months!

Place is amazing. Not like any other gym, it has battle ropes, sleds, TRX and regular stuff. The staff are top notch professionals. I love it!! Best yoga anywhere!
