Bliss Bridal Boutique

Very humiliating, disappointing and stressful and experience with Bliss Bridal. It is unfortunate that over 2 defective dresses Bliss Bridal lost returning customers plus future referrals. This long, exhausting experience was not a positive one and I hope that the store takes this experience and learns from it.

I have to say that even the most easy going bride would be unsettled going to this store. The dressing rooms were small, cluttered, and hot. I was expected to change with no privacy, as sales consultants walked in and out of the "private" room that we were given. The sales consultant I was working with knew her collections very well, but was incredibly pushy and rude throughout the appointment. Even if I had found the perfect dress I would not have purchased it from them.

Amazing Service

My daughter recently had problems with her wedding dress bought at another salon with not so good service. After taking the dress from the other salon, as we felt we could not trust them to alter it correctly, we contacted Sally at Bliss who directed us to Cindy's Alterations but after meeting with Cindy it seemed that the dress could not be altered so we ended back with Sally to buy a second dress. Sally was so caring she realized how difficult this situation was for us. She spent lots of time with my daughter even though it was past closing time. We ended up with a second dress. The next day my daughter decided to go back to Cindy's to see if we could look at the first dress again and Cindy was able to come up with a solution. I called Sally to see if I could return the second dress and she was amazing, it was absolutey no problem. If only we'd gone to Bliss in the first place our experience would have been so much better - Thank you Sally you salvaged what seemed to be a hopeless situation. Joan Bell

Awesome Customer Experience

I recently purchased my daughter's wedding dress and my dress from this store in Oshawa. It was the first store we shopped at and we didn't need to look anywhere else. They had a great selection of dresses to try on but what really made the difference was the service. The staff was so helpful and made the experience very memorable for us.
