I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. Proficient, knowledgeable and efficient is how I would describe the staff at Impala Bicycles. My recent order of a new Cervélo was handled quickly and Included set-up and a fitting session. Staff member, Andrew, spent a great deal of one-on-one time measuring and adjusting all aspects of the bike to my fit: the seat, the reach, the hip/knee angles and even the right alignment for my shoes on the pedals. Terrible customer service in repair and pick up area..Brian Dishonest and claim to replace parts that were not and then charge you for these parts and labor Bike scratched in multiple places Do not recommend

Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was so impressed with my road bike purchase and after sales service, when it came time to replace my mountain bike recently, I returned and bought a second bike from them. I highly recommend shopping at Impala Bikes. In my opinion, it's the best shop in town!
