Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Had an appointment at 2 and wasn’t seen till 2:30. Esthetician left 2 times throughout my appointment to wax someone else’s eyebrows. Answered 5 calls while doing my nails. Cut my sisters finger until she was bleeding and cut mine several times. Then proceeded to put acrylic powder on the cut in order to “stop the bleeding”. Was rushed and nails look messy. And charged $35 for a shellac manicure and didn’t even receive the full “manicure” until I complained.

Dirty, unclean environment. Did acrylics and they cut me 5 times. Don't come here

Unprofessional

The 1st time here I had an appt & my mani/pedi turned out beautiful. Don't come as a drop-in though. I came back based on my 1st experience but didn't have an appt. I asked if anyone was free to do a shellac mani & was told yes & asked to pick a colour. I then sat in a chair for 80 min, had my colour stolen & when it was finally my turn, my colour was still in use elsewhere!! They could have just told me that nobody was free to see me. I would have come back/ booked an appt for another time.

Amazing manicures, bad everything else

Really well done manicures, especially shellac manicures. But NEVER, and I repeat NEVER go here for anything aesthetic. Facials, lash extensions, waxing, ANYTHING. It is a terrible experience and you'd be better off going anywhere else, I mean literally anywhere else in the world. Really great manicures though lol

Went to Pure nail...

Went to Pure nails for my first time today and had a great experience. Yuki gave me a shellac manicure and it was probably the best manicure I have ever had. Definitely going back!
