I have dealt with Richard for years - decades in fact. I have always found him to be very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and his work is always top notch! Notwithstanding the fact that I now live approximately 40kms away from his place of business, there is still no one else that I would go to for any type of shoe or leather (ball gloves, briefcases etc.) repair.
