J'ai eu une très très mauvaise expérience, je vous déconseille d'aller dans ce magasin. Les conseillers sont très incompétents et peu professionnels, ils ne sont pas là pour vous aider, ils sont là pour retarder votre projet. Ils sont très en retard pour juste une réponse.

A DÉCONSEILLER. Commandé et payé une porte le 22 septembre 2018 mais livré sans trous ni accessoires. Le 20 Novembre , la porte n’est toujours pas livré après plainte au directeur de succursale , M st Amour , qui ne retourne jamais ses appels. SERVICE QUALITÉ DÉPLORABLE!!

Not recommending this company . We did our balcony door 2 years ago . The door knob broke . I called to see if I can order the piece .. they would help me because I had no bill. They r not even able to help by having our file on computer.

Bought a window less then 2 years ago. The outside aluminum frame is coming apart from the window. Not the capping or flashing, the actual window frame. They told me that it is not under warranty and also because it is more than 30 days. 30 days is not enough time to go through our winters. Never recommending them again.
