After circling often to park, I then experienced the poorest customer service. I had 2 man made items they would/could not repair. A travel bag that simply needed new bottom studs & a pr. of sandals that needed straps widened. The last words from the counter woman was I need to buy better items. If I want to spend money to fix my loved belongings; that is my choice. I shouldn’t have to defend it to a business that will make money from my choice??!! Too insulting and a total waste of time.

This is THE place to go for repairs and upgrades to your leather goods and bags. I brought my bag here and it was fixed up so well. I have no idea what the previous reviewers are talking about for service because all I got was excellent service from them. Theyre quick, friendly, considerate, and provide quality work. What else do you want???

I have lived in Verdun for 40 years and this store has been in Verdun for as long as I can remember. Not many places left in the city like this place..family owned and run gives it a personal touch..I wont take my shoes or anything else they can fix anywhere else.
