    Service is good but at Tim Horton’s in Carbonear one needs to wear a snowmobile suit in order to enjoy a coffee. Please turn up the heat. Your customers are freezing and being told by staff that they have absolutely no control over the thermostat.

    I have never experienced such rude costumer service in my life. The most horrible people work here. Do not give this Tim Hortons your money.

    Never get the same order. I always order my breakfast in the morning. My sandwich some times is grilled other times it isn't. This morning, I got home eating my sandwich and realized it tasted different, only to find that it's a breakfast sandwich with no egg. I know everyone screws up sometimes, but this is getting rediculous. TRAIN ALL YOUR STAFF THE SAME! Geez!
