The "small town" pharmacy where "Everybody knows your name"! With their friendly service, they will always go the extra mile to, for example, clarify things with your doctor when necessary and go out of their way to make sure you understand your medications and get them on time. They went the extra mile to call me and setup a Covid vaccination with the product I requested, and the timing I needed!!

Our refrigerator quit and Janet directed us to a new unit that we really liked. That was nine in the morning. By 1:30 Brad had it delivered and sitting in place in the kitchen. Thanks Janet and Brad. It was a great experience and we really appreciate you two!

Very pleased with our experience shopping at the Brick in Belleville Ontario. Our sales associate Corrie was very friendly and helpful. She helped us order all the products we were looking for and made the shopping experience very pleasant. She explained how all the warranties worked and went out of her way to make sure we were able to purchase all the products we wanted. I would definitely shop there again and I would ask for her.
