They were very helpful when I called after my car broke down. With Covid tow trucks dont take passengers, Deans offered to pick me up to take me home. Then picked me up when the repair was done. They went so far as to call Nissan and confirm I had all the info I needed to be reimbursed because my vehicle was still under warranty, but I had no way of getting to North Bay or Bracebridge to a Nissan dealership. Highly Deans for auto repair! Amazing people!!!!!

They have excellent customer service, fair pricing, and repair what needs to be repaired.
Highly recommended to me by local residents when I moved into the area. I have been very pleased with any and all times that I have need their services.

Called them to fix my pc. They could have fixed it in my home but I had to get back to work so they picked it up and dropped it off the next day at no extra charge. It needed a lot of work. They had to recover all of my stuff and reinstall Windows then put all my stuff back and reinstall all of my programs so I was expecting a large bill. I was happily surprised to see the bill was only $78.00. Very happy with their work. Will call them from now on.
