They were able to work on my car when every other shop gave up and suggested that I brought it to the dealership. When everyone else who was willing to work on my car, gave me a crazy expensive quote, Rich’s Garage had my back and got the job done for less than half what everyone was charging! Talking with George, the mechanic, you can tell he takes pride in his work. don’t see myself needing to take my car anywhere else from now on.

When I first wandered into the Secret Garden looking for some purple for my daughter's hair I was treated with a genuine interest that just isn't the norm anymore. My daughter and I love coming to the Secret Garden, we are always left feeling valued and special. Their attention to detail is beyond compare. When I decided to get extensions choosing Barbara Louraine extensions was an easy decision. I have always felt care for as not only a client but a person as well. Getting extensions changed how I felt about myself on a deep level, my self esteem despite being overweight from medications to treat fibromyalgia. I feel beautiful because they treat me like I'm beautiful.

Old fashioned awesome customer service! They tested my batteries and rather than sell me new ones they pointed out that I hadn’t cleaned my posts they said they were in good shape! No charge. Definitely the place to go for exceptional customer service!

The staff at the Rexall Drugs, St Albert store are consistently courteous & friendly. I like not having to walk to the back of the store to have a prescription filled. I can easily locate and OTC medications I for which I might have a need. Yes, 5 stars for sure.

My husband and I visit here nearly every day to ship packages for our business - everyone is always so lovely to talk to and helpful! They’ve come to recognize us and we are always greeted with a smile! The building is clean, has all the pharmacy needs filled and even has a great selection of grocery store items! I have worked in a consulting capacity in the office of Rentex for about 9 months now or so. I believe some of these reviews may be previous tenants that may have been evicted for a number of different reasons (drug use, non payment of rent, etc), or are just plain haters. I do also believe tho, some negative reviews may be legitimate tenants that have had issues that took time to fix. Needless to say, I believe the company tries hard to please the tenants to the best of its ability. - SK
