I called for service regarding my kitchen sink and was happy when told Jeff F. would be the plumber on the call. It has been 5 years or so since he has been out. Jeff is very polite, he even noticed I had a different vehicle. During this pandemic time, I had not concerns, Jeff took every prevention to make me feel at ease. As an older adult, customer service is very important to me. I have been flying RC airplanes for a few years. The Sport Cub has SAFE and is a great plane to learn on. I decided to try something more challenging. I found the new transmitter very confusing. Well Hobby Hobby walked me through the controls, and now I'm ready to fly. They were very helpful and patiently answered my questions. Their service is the best in Mississauga, and I'm a customer forever.

Just had my Honda Civic in for service today, I was very reluctant because I didn't know the auto body shop, but I was amazed at the total experience. They resolved the problem and did a complete inspection of the car, and they didn't suggest any suspicious repairs. The final price was very fair based upon then time spent diagnosing. The staff was very friendly, offered me coffee and conversation as I waited. I will use them in the future.
