Jeff is very polite, he even noticed I had a different vehicle. During this pandemic time, I had not concerns, Jeff took every prevention to make me feel at ease. As an older adult, customer service is very important to me. I have been flying RC airplanes for a few years. The Sport Cub has SAFE and is a great plane to learn on. I decided to try something more challenging. I found the new transmitter very confusing. Well Hobby Hobby walked me through the controls, and now I'm ready to fly.
