I really lucked out when I found my new Focus hatchback. I was out car shopping when I went to Northway because, why not? My friend and I were helped by Ashley who gave me amazing customer service. I never once felt pressured by her or any of the other reps. She was very helpful in finding the right car for me and allowed me to feel relaxed when making this big purchase decision. Both Ashley and Jaclyn were friendly and funny. I'll be back to see them for my next purchase!

Very friendly sales guys, dealt with both Rob & Kyle and both were courteous, knowledgeable and non pushy before they passed us to Anya to look after our finance needs, she has a very personable approach like she knew us for years lol, got us a better interest rate than previous dealership we visited and got it done in one day, we asked if this is all possible in one day because of our situation and they delivered what was promised, I couldn't ask for more, thank you all for our new car ?

I can't say enough about how fantastic these guys are. We had Brad and Patrick install a new tub and surround. They took care of every detail. Protected our floors from any debris and did a very thorough clean up job all the way along. Brad is very easy to talk to and nothing is too challenging for him to tackle - thanks guys

To be sure, any used car will have an issue or two. Such has been the case with the last three vehicles I have bought from Sim at Five-Star. Every time something went amiss, Jim took it back in fixed it quick and without charge. Like I said. Three vehicles and still a customer.

We emailed and left messages with a number of hot tub companies... Premium Wholesale was far above with excellent service. We spoke to a gentleman Orville who was so pleasant and looked into info for us and was the best.... We called the office and Cheryl who answers the phone (YES answers the phone) was just as pleasant and helpful.. WE would strongly recommend this company any time... I would highly recommend Wonderland Auto. I just purchased my third vehicle from Brent. I trust this dealership to be honest and fair. I called Brent this morning, told him what I was looking for and my price range. I went out this afternoon, we completed the paperwork and I will pick up my new to me car on Wednesday.
I have always had a great experience with Brent. He is not a typical used car salesman. I have never had any issues with the vehicles I buy from Wonderland Auto.
